This is the soundtrack to a short film, Written and Directed by Robbie Broster. The film explores loss, the fragmentation of memory, fractured relationships, mental health and alcohol dependence, and reckoning with the past. Lapsing’s soundtrack reflects these themes in patient ambience, with drones and pulses which are built on deeply emotional foundations.

auch wenn ich mir unter der bezeichnung experimental pop ehrlich gesagt nicht allzu viel vorstellen kann, auf dieses album bin ich wirklich gespannt – nicht zuletzt, da dieser erste track schon mal sehr lecker klingt.
